Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

General Return Policy:

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. You can request an unconditional return or exchange for our products that you have not used for 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Also, if the product is in the category of special or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases like Water Bottles, Lunch Containers, or products that directly contact food, and if you have used the product, unfortunately, its return cannot be accepted. Such products cannot be returned and resold if used, according to the consumer rights laws of all countries due to hygiene. Therefore, it is beneficial to check your products, such as water bottles, before using them after purchase. In cases of defective, faulty, or manufacturer's errors, Dinossi determines whether the product has a manufacturing defect after inspection. For a product to be considered defective, you must inform us without delay about issues you observe upon first use. Please note that if you use the defective product multiple times, it will cease to be considered a defective product. Only after the first use, if a food-contact product or other product (excluding hygiene products) is found to be defective, you can unconditionally return it within 30 days and request an exchange or full refund.

  • Please submit your return or exchange requests by filling out the RETURN NOTIFICATION FORM. Return requests are not accepted via phone, email, or other communication channels. You can access the return form here.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

You can exchange all products you have purchased within 30 days. (Shipping fees arising from exchange processes are borne by the buyer.) If you have exchanges such as size or color, the shipping fee for sending the product to us will be covered by the consumer. You can access the relevant new regulation at https://www.resmigazete.gov.tr/eskiler/2022/08/20220823-2.htm from Article 11. If you have an exchange request, all exchange requests can only be made by applying in person to our stores or online HERE. Such requests are not accepted through other communication channels.

Our Sales Points Covered by Warranty:

Our brands that have been reported (Baveal, iPixi, The Cotton Cloud, Omiebox, Rachel Ellen, Peppythings, Portico Designs, and Sara Miller) purchased from our Official Dinossi Stores or our Dinossi.com Online shopping site are included in the Dinossi 1-Year Warranty. Other brands carry out their own warranty operations. You can directly submit your warranty claims for other brands with your Dinossi invoice or store receipt. For Baveal, iPixi, The Cotton Cloud, Omiebox, Rachel Ellen, Peppythings, Portico Designs, and Sara Miller, you do not need any proof document such as a receipt or invoice; you can directly submit your warranty claim to the Dinossi system.

Our Technical Service Services

As Dinossi, we offer free technical service to our consumers. Our brands included in this service are Baveal, iPixi, The Cotton Cloud, Omiebox, Rachel Ellen, Peppythings, Portico Designs, and Sara Miller. If you have chosen products from these brands, you can benefit from Dinossi's in-house technical service for free. Our technical service is valid for 1 year from your purchase date for products purchased from our specified brands. Technical service for unspecified brands may be provided by the brands themselves. In this regard, you can apply for service for other brands with a receipt or invoice of a product purchased from Dinossi. For our brands mentioned above, to benefit from our technical service, you must apply HERE. Technical service support is provided only through the specified application form for product and service tracking.

Warranty Coverage Conditions:

  • If the product you purchased is in the category of Water Bottles, Lunch Containers, products that directly contact food, and you have used the product, it unfortunately cannot be covered by the warranty. (Specifically for Omiebox, you can purchase spare parts from Dinossi technical service or our website, apart from manufacturing defects.) Such products cannot be returned and resold if used, according to the consumer rights laws of all countries due to hygiene. Therefore, it is beneficial to check your products, such as water bottles, before using them after purchase.
  • Our warranty covers products from the brands specified as Baveal, iPixi, The Cotton Cloud, Omiebox, Rachel Ellen, Peppythings, Portico Designs, and Sara Miller. Product warranty and technical service are not provided for brands not listed here. This policy is the warranty and technical service policy of the brands themselves, not a Dinossi policy.
