More Information: Check the label sewn onto the carpet to see the recommended washing machine capacity for each carpet size. We recommend a minimum capacity of 9 kg for this size. For best results, vacuum the carpet thoroughly before washing. Wash separately at 30°C, using a delicate cycle and a short cycle (maximum 30 minutes). Use neutral detergent. If the carpet has braids or tassels, choose a low spin speed. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not leave the carpet wet in the machine as the colors may bleed. Tumble dry at low temperature. How do I make a change?

If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period.
