Details: Suitable for ages 0 to 2 years, weighing 3.5 to 13 kg (starting from 53 cm). Natural swinging: no batteries needed – the bouncer gently swings when your child kicks or moves their arms. Easy to change positions: switch effortlessly between three height settings. Easy to clean: fabric covers are easily removable and machine washable. Baby bouncer (max. 9 kg): You can use the baby bouncer until your child starts to sit independently or up to a maximum of 9 kg. When using the product as a bouncer, always supervise your baby, use the safety harness, and ensure all buttons are locked (two possible positions). Seat (max. 13 kg): When your child can walk and sit independently, turn the cover inside out to convert the bouncer into a comfortable seat. Stains are a natural part of daily life with a small child, aren't they? That’s why our fabrics are extremely easy to clean – just wash in the machine at 40°C. They dry quickly and retain their shape and color. Our fabrics are resistant to frequent washing. Think of our planet: prefer lower washing temperatures and wash your laundry less often. Use a laundry bag to limit microplastic fiber pollution. Choose an eco-friendly detergent and avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Do not tumble dry or iron. For small stains, a quick brushing is usually sufficient. Moreover, our products do not contain chemicals at toxic levels, so there is no need to wash them before first use.

How do I make a change?

It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
