Shipping policy
Our deliveries are fulfilled from local Dinossi warehouses in the country you are in, with an average delivery time of 1–4 days.
The countries included in the 1–4 day delivery are listed below. Countries outside this list are generally delivered within 4–7 days.
- Some products may have additional delivery processes independent of the above timelines, specified in their individual descriptions. For products where the delivery process is stated in the description, the delivery times are product-specific and the described processes are considered accepted.

- Important Notice:The Philippines, Republic of the Congo, Antarctica, Dominican Republic, Oman, Guinea-Bissau, Ecuador, Haiti, El Salvador, Lebanon, Guatemala, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, Morocco, Iraq, United Arab Emirates, Samoa, Vatican, Zimbabwe, Paraguay, Marshall Islands, Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Grenada, Nauru, Kiribati, Bahrain, and Togo — all orders shipped to these countries are considered to have entered your country's customs as soon as they are processed, or if your tracking information indicates customs clearance before you receive any notification. We would like to inform you that all responsibility for your order lies with you. Unfortunately, in these countries, products not collected from customs cannot be returned to the sender by your customs authorities. Collecting your products from your country's customs is entirely your responsibility. Products that remain in customs for more than 30 days are confiscated by your country and may be sold internally or subjected to similar procedures. Therefore, since the sender's company does not receive the products back, your order cannot be returned even if you do not retrieve your products. Customers placing orders from these countries agree that they are responsible for all customs procedures. Refunds for users in these countries are only processed after they have personally received their products and if they have sent the products back to us. Refunds cannot be issued for products that have not been received from customs, as products waiting in customs in your country are not returned to the sender. Customs regulations differ for all countries outside the specified countries, and the above explanation does not apply outside these countries.
