Details: Outer material and Thermogreen™ insulation are made from 100% recycled polyester. Outer fabric is 100% recycled polyester, with fully sealed seams, H2No™-compliant waterproof and breathable protection, and a DWR finish; Thermogreen™ insulation is 150% recycled polyester, 100 g/m², providing effective cold protection; DWR, membrane, and finish are produced without intentional PFAS addition. Removable three-panel hood with internal lining for versatile use, easily detachable with snap buttons. Full-length waterproof zipper. Inner windproof storm flap with waterproof zipper; soft knit panels inside the collar, at the back yoke, and behind the zipper for extra warmth and comfort. Hand warmer and ski pass pockets. Two front pockets with hook-and-loop closures and ski pass pocket on the left sleeve, featuring hook-and-loop closures and durable fabric flaps for easy access. Comes with a child growth system. An intuitive elastic cuff system that can be folded to extend or shorten the sleeve length by 3 cm, accommodating the child's growth and extending the product's lifespan. The front is elastic, and the rounded hem at the back keeps the jacket close to the body, preventing cold air from entering. Sustainable product, made in a Fair Trade Certified™ workshop. How do I make a change?

It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product.
