Details: Its lightweight and compact design makes it perfect for one or two people. It is designed to highlight traditional dishes like hot soup pots as well as Western-style stews such as pot-au-feu; it naturally complements other tableware. Compared to standard earthenware pots, this pot is more durable and lighter, making it easier to handle. The KAKOMI ceramic pot has a lower water absorption rate than standard clay pots. Since water does not seep into the pot, it is easy to keep clean and prevents odors from lingering. A steaming tray is also available separately. Compatible with various types of kitchens. The KAKOMI ceramic pot can be used directly on gas stoves, as well as in microwave ovens or conventional ovens. The clay pot retains heat, keeping food warm for a long time. Do not use on induction cooktops.

Additional Information: Since this product rarely absorbs water, no pre-treatment is necessary before first use. Please wash gently with a neutral detergent before initial use. Do not heat without water. Do not use for sautéing or frying. Heat on a gas stove ensuring it remains stable. When using in the oven, remove the lid; rapid temperature increase can cause breakage. The handle becomes hot when heated. Use gloves to handle. Do not place the hot pot directly on the table; it may cause discoloration. Use a trivet. When transporting, hold the pot with both hands as the ceramic is heavy. Do not touch with a wet cloth or place in a humid environment while hot; sudden cooling can cause breakage. Do not use excessive water, as it may cause overflow and injury. Do not heat rapidly at high temperatures; stir thoroughly during heating. When using in the oven, remove the lid; rapid temperature rise can cause breakage. After use, wash and dry immediately, and keep dry when not in use. Handle carefully during cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool. Do not use metal objects to remove burnt residues. If the pot is burnt, boil water inside, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then let cool and clean with a melamine sponge. Due to manufacturing variations, the shape and capacity of the product may differ slightly from piece to piece. The color of the body and lid may vary slightly due to material differences. Suitable for microwave oven, can be used in traditional oven, and dishwasher safe. Made in Malaysia.
