How do I make a change?

It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?

Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product.
