Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

General Return Policy:

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. You can request an unconditional return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. (For your return and exchange requests, please use the form at the bottom of the page to get a faster response.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, if the product is a special or sanitary item, hazardous material, or flammable liquid or gas, such as a water bottle, lunch box, or direct food contact product, and you have used the product, it unfortunately cannot be included in the warranty. Such products, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned and resold if used, according to the consumer rights laws of all countries. Therefore, it is advisable to inspect products like water bottles thoroughly before use after purchase. In cases of defective, faulty, or manufacturer errors, you can unconditionally return food contact products that have not been used within 30 days and request an exchange or a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

You can exchange all products you purchased for 14 days. (In the new legal regulation, if a defective, faulty or a product other than your order is delivered, your exchange shipping cost will be covered by the seller.) If you need exchanges for size, color, etc., the shipping fee for sending the product back to us will be covered by the consumer. Products purchased from a different point of sale are not covered by our 2-year warranty. You should know that Dinossi provides this warranty coverage internally.

Warranty Coverage Conditions:

  • If the product you purchased is a water bottle, lunch box, or a product that provides direct food contact, and you have used the product, it unfortunately cannot be included in the warranty. Such products, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned and resold if used, according to the consumer rights laws of all countries. Therefore, it is advisable to inspect products like water bottles thoroughly before use after purchase.
  • In cases of defective, faulty, or manufacturer errors, you can unconditionally return food contact products that have not been used within 30 days and request an exchange or a full refund.
  • Our warranty coverage includes products branded Dinossi, iPixi, Baveal, and Omiebox. For brands other than these, product warranty and technical service are not provided. This policy is a warranty and technical service policy of the brands, not a policy related to Dinossi.
  • Smiggle branded products will no longer have technical service and warranty starting from 2026. While Dinossi provided free technical service and warranty for these products until December 2025, Smiggle itself does not offer technical service and warranty, so Dinossi no longer provides a warranty for this brand. Standard return and cancellation policies apply.
  • Dinossi warranty and technical service apply to Dinossi, iPixi, Baveal, Omiebox, and Rachel Ellen branded products.

** If the product you purchased arrives defective, faulty, or damaged (You must report this within a maximum of 14 days before using the product; if you use the product, you may unfortunately lose this right.)

** For example, if you bought a product and never used it, but your 14-day legal return period in your country has expired, in this case, you can contact the Dinossi team; we want you to know that we approve returns of unused, in-package products for up to 60 days.
