Bechamel chicken pie

Materials:

  • 2 ready-made phyllo pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g chicken breast meat
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Sesame
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

 

Preparation of:

  1. Boil the chicken meat and cut into small pieces.
  2. Leave it to cool. Melt the butter.
  3. Add flour and fry until it turns yellow.
  4. Add the milk while stirring and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the chicken meat, salt and pepper and mix.
  6. Spread the phyllo pastry on the counter and divide into 6 pieces.
  7. Place the chicken mixture on the wide sides and wrap them.
  8. Place on a tray with greaseproof paper.
  9. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Bake in a 180 degree oven until golden brown.
