500 g flour
200 g margarine
200 ml sunflower oil
100 ml of water
100 g grated kashar cheese
For the top
1 egg yolk
- Mix the flour, margarine, sunflower oil, water, egg, salt and chopped fresh herbs in a bowl and knead.
- Add the grated cheddar cheese, mix and refrigerate the dough for 2 hours.
- Pick small pieces from the dough, roll them and place them on a tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Spread egg yolk on it, sprinkle flax seeds on it and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees until it turns golden brown.
