General Return Coverage:

Our refund and return policy takes 14 days. You can request an unconditional return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. (For your return and exchange requests, please use the form at the bottom of the page to get a faster response.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines cannot be returned. In addition, special or sanitary products, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases, such as drinkers, food containers, direct food contact products and if you have used the product, unfortunately it cannot be included in the warranty. In terms of hygiene, such products cannot be returned and resold if they are used by the consumer rights laws of all countries. Therefore, after purchasing our products such as drinkers, it is useful to make your product checks before use. In cases such as defective, defective, manufacturer's defect, you can unconditionally return the food contact products that you have not used after purchase within 30 days and request an exchange or full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

  • Book with clear signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by our fault.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain day.

Late or incomplete refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially published.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Change

You can change all the products you buy for 14 days. (In the new legal regulation, only if a defective, defective product or a product other than your order has been delivered, your exchange cargo will be covered by the seller.) If you will have changes such as size and color, the shipping fee you send to us will be covered by the consumer. Warranty Coverage Conditions:

  • Unfortunately, if the product you purchased is in the category of Water Bottle, Meal Container, Products that provide direct food contact and you have used the product, unfortunately it cannot be included in the warranty. If such products are used by the consumer rights laws of all countries in terms of hygiene, they cannot be returned and cannot be put up for sale again. For this reason, after purchasing our products such as water bottles, it is useful to make your product controls before using them. In cases such as defective, defective, manufacturer's fault, you can return the food contact products that you did not use after purchasing them, within 30 days, and request a full refund or exchange.
  • Bags, lunch boxes, pencil cases, pens, boots, underwear including swimsuits, bikinis, bras, and basic stationery products such as clothing, shoes, sandals, glasses, sunglasses, erasers are covered by the warranty. Our full warranty coverage starts from the date your purchase is delivered to you and includes the following.

** If the product you purchased is defective or defective, (You have to notify this situation within 14 days at most before using the product. If you use the product, unfortunately, you may lose this right.)

** You have the right to change one-to-one in all cases where the product you purchased may occur due to reasons not caused by you (except for tearing, breaking, tearing, water or liquid contact, burning, washing other than washing instructions, using food contact products). This right is valid for 2 years in all countries. For example, you bought a pencil case, if the product is broken by you, it is not covered by the warranty, but if your pencil case is broken due to reasons such as spontaneous wear within 2 years of use, it is covered by the warranty, but the final decision here is made by the expert opinion of the Dinossi International Stores Returns Acceptance department.

** If the product came without any defect but due to a situation arising from use, we recommend that you contact the dinossi team first, we recommend that you contact the dinossi team, usually free of charge, or taking into account the continuity of the user in dinossi, even if it is out of warranty, the dinossi customer representative can give your return approval by taking the initiative.

** For example, you bought a product and never used it, but in this case, your 14-day legal return period in your country has expired, you can contact the dinossi team, we want you to know that we approve the return of products in their never used packaging for up to 60 days.

Important: We would like to remind you that the Warranty Coverage is valid only for our DINOSSI BRANDED products. Other branded products you will purchase are not included in the warranty. These warranty conditions are valid for products manufactured by dinossi itself. It is valid for all products that you see dinossi in each product title and product brand information. 

All other branded products are out of warranty. Moreover, you can do this service with free shipping.
