  •  1 turkey (5 kg)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery
  • 2 bay leaves

How To

  1. Boil the turkey in a large pot with plenty of water, chopped onions, carrots, celery and bay leaves for 2 hours without falling apart.
  2. Take the turkey on a large plate and separate the juice. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  3. Spread the sauce on and inside the boiled turkey so that it covers all parts. Place the garlic and a piece of butter inside the skin of the turkey.
