  • 1 cup sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1.5 packets of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon flour

For the Base:

  • 2 packs of burçak biscuits
  • 125 gr. butter

For Sauce

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Preparation of:

Pass the biscuits through a rondo first. Throw it into the melted butter, knead it well and place it on the bottom of the clamped cake pan where you have laid greaseproof paper. For the cream; whisk the cream and sugar with a mixer. Then add cream, flour, starch and vanilla and mix. After adding the eggs and mixing well, pour the cream on the brioche cake base that you put in the fridge. Put 3 glasses of water on one of the baking trays, place the clamped mold in it and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. After turning off the oven, let the cheesecake rest in it for half an hour. Meanwhile, make the lemon sauce. Pour the lemon juice and orange juice into a glass and add water to make up to 1.5 cups. Then put all the sauce ingredients in a pan and cook while stirring. Pour the sauce over the cake after taking it out of the oven. Refrigerate for 1 day.

Preparation of:

  • 700 gr. labne cheese
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1.5 packets of vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour

For Sauce

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Half a tea glass of water
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Preparation of:

Pass the oatmeal biscuits through a rondo, knead them well with melted butter and spread them on the bottom of the clamp cake mold where you spread greaseproof paper. By the way, if you cover the sides of the clamp mold with foil, the cheesecake will mold more easily and will not stick. If we are going to move on to the cream, first whisk the cream and sugar with a mixer, then add the cream, starch, vanilla and flour and continue whisking. After adding the eggs and mixing, pour the cream on the cake base that you have put in the fridge. Put 3 glasses of water on one of the baking trays, place the cake mold with clamp in it and bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. After turning off the oven, let your cheesecake rest for half an hour without removing it. Pass the raspberries through a rondo and add the starch, sugar and water. Put all the sauce ingredients in a pan and cook while stirring. Pour the sauce over the cake after taking it out of the oven. Leave it in the fridge for 1 night

Cherry Cheesecake Recipe

For Sauce

  • 3 cups of sour cherries
  • 2 tablespoons starch

Preparation of:

Crush the biscuits well, mix them with the melted butter and place them tightly into the clamp cake mold covered with foil. In a separate bowl, mix the labne cheese and sugar with a mixer. Then add the flour, vanilla and starch and then the eggs one by one and continue mixing. Pour the cream you have obtained over the biscuits in the mold and tap the counter a few times so that there are no gaps. Place the tray with water in the oven and bake your cheesecake in this oven for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, pass the cherries through a rondo and cook with starch and pour over the cheesecake. Leave it in the fridge for 1 night.

  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1 tablespoon flour

For the Base:

  • 2 packs of burçak biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tea glass hazelnut

For Sauce

  • 200 ml liquid cream
  • 150 gr. milk chocolate
  • 125 gr. butter

Preparation of:

Line your clamp mold with aluminum foil. For the base, blend the biscuits, hazelnuts and melted butter. Place them tightly under the mold and move on to the cream. First, whisk the sugar and labneh with a mixer, add the eggs you whisked in a separate bowl and continue whisking. Then add all the cream ingredients and mix until you get a smooth consistency and pour it into the mold. Put the mold in the middle of the tray and fill the tray with water so that it is 1-2 fingers and put it in the oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes and then remove from the oven. Meanwhile, mix the chocolate and butter in a bowl with the cream until melted. Pour the sauce over the warm cheesecake and put it in the fridge.
