To limit environmental impact, prefer low temperatures, make washes indifferent, use a wash bag and eco-friendly detergent; Avoid bleach, fabric softener, dryer and iron. For small stains, gentle brushing is sufficient. Our products also do not contain toxic chemicals, so you do not need to wash them before first use. It complies with European and American safety standards EN 13209-2:2015 and ASTM F2236 for infant carriers. How do I make a change?

It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.

Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product.
