Details: Extremely durable, weather-resistant 100% recycled material. Wear- and weather-resistant main fabric made from 100% recycled ripstop polyester with a matte laminated recycled TPU film. Ergonomic, removable shoulder straps. Detachable, padded shoulder straps. The Black Hole® Duffel can be carried as a backpack and can be removed when not in use; reinforced carry handles withstand occasional rough handling by baggage handlers. Easy-access internal organization. External or internal accessible zippered side pocket; when empty, the travel bag fits into its own pocket, so you don’t have to carry it. Front flap internal mesh pocket keeps essential items within reach. Padded base. Padded base protects contents from impacts and uneven surfaces. Rugged gear straps. Durable, reinforced external gear straps offer multiple attachment options for additional gear. Compatible with Black Hole® Cubes. Can hold up to three Black Hole® Cubes — 14L each — leaving space for a few extra items. We support the workers who produce this product. This model is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ workshop, meaning workers receive a premium for their labor.

Product Content: Main fabric made from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester ripstop, 900 denier, 478 g/m², with industry post-recycled TPU lamination film. Lining is flat canvas, 100% recycled polyester, 200 denier, 102 g/m², with polyurethane coating. Straps are made from 100% recycled nylon. Lining material is bluesign® certified. The model is produced in a Fair Trade Certified™ workshop.

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product. This means you do not need to keep any receipts, invoices, or exchange cards for an exchange.
