Materials:
- 2 cups boiled dry black-eyed peas
- 2 boiled artichokes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5-6 pieces of dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup goat cheese
- 7 mushrooms
- Half bunch of dill
- Half bunch of arugula
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons of grape juice or apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of walnuts
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raisins
Preparation of:
- Transfer the lemon and grape juice (or apple cider vinegar) into a deep bowl.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and boiled artichokes and mix.
- Chop and add other ingredients.
- Mix, place on a serving plate and serve.
