OmieBox UP is designed to feel personal. With a D-ring for clip-on charms, a slot to attach a matching utensil set, and an internal compartment for sauce containers, kids can make it uniquely theirs. Thanks to a range of accessories (sold separately), they can customize their lunchbox to fit their style, routine, and favorite snacks. It's a lunchbox that works hard and shows a little personality.

We recommend hand-washing all other parts to ensure your OmieBox® UP stays in the best condition for years to come.
Remove the gasket and lid seal for cleaning after each use.
Do not microwave or place in oven or stovetop.
Do not boil the thermos.
Replacement parts are available for purchase.
One year limited warranty.

How do I make a change?
It's very easy: whether you received it as a gift or purchased it yourself, you can request an exchange within 30 days from any of our stores or through our online customer service. If you bought it online, you can log into your customer account and automatically submit your exchange request.
It's been over 30 days, but I haven't used it. Can I still return it?
In most cases, yes, you can. If the product you purchased is food-related and you have used it, even just to try, then a return is not appropriate for health reasons if you are outside the return period. However, for all our products that you have never used, even if they are food-related, you can benefit from an additional 30-day return right, and depending on your dinossi consumer continuity, you can return them for up to 60 days. Please note that this is a return policy based on your continuity with dinossi and your consumer loyalty. As dinossi, your return period is 30 days. An additional 30 days will be gladly accepted if you meet the above conditions.
It was a gift, but there's no gift receipt?
Don't worry, all products sold at Dinossi, whether in-store or online, have their customers' information recorded for product quality tracking. Even if it was a gift, you can make this exchange by simply providing us with the information of the customer who purchased the product. This means you do not need to keep any receipts, invoices, or exchange cards for an exchange.
