Ingredients,
500 g flour
200 g margarine
200 ml sunflower oil
100ml water
1 egg
Fresh thyme
fresh basil
fresh rosemary
Salt
100 g grated cheddar cheese
For the top
1 egg yolk
flaxseed
Preparation,
- Mix flour, margarine, sunflower oil, water, egg, salt and chopped fresh herbs in a bowl and knead.
- Add grated cheddar cheese, mix and leave the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Take small pieces from the dough, roll them and place them on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Brush it with egg yolk and sprinkle flaxseed, then bake it in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
