General Return Scope:

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. You can request an unconditional refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. (For your return or exchange requests, please use the form at the bottom of the page to get a faster response.)

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines cannot be returned. In addition, if it is in the category of special or sanitary products, water bowls, food containers, products that come into direct food contact with dangerous substances or flammable liquids or gases, and you have used the product, unfortunately it cannot be included in the warranty. Such products cannot be returned or resold if used in accordance with the consumer rights laws of all countries for hygiene reasons. Therefore, after purchasing our products such as water bottles, it is beneficial to check the product before using it. In cases such as defective, defective or manufacturer's error, you can return food contact products that you have not used after purchasing them unconditionally within 30 days and request a replacement or a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given:

  • Book with clear signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our fault.
  • Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing period before a refund is issued.

Change

You can exchange all products you purchase for 14 days. (In the new legal regulation, your exchange cargo will be covered by the seller only if a product is delivered that is defective, defective, or other than your order.) If you have changes such as size or color, the shipping fee you send to us will be covered by the consumer. Warranty Coverage Conditions:

  • If the product you purchased is in the category of Water Bowl, Food Container, Products that provide direct food contact and you have used the product, unfortunately it cannot be included in the warranty. Such products cannot be returned or resold if used in accordance with the consumer rights laws of all countries for hygiene reasons. Therefore, after purchasing our products such as water bottles, it is beneficial to check the product before using it. In cases such as defective, defective or manufacturer's fault, you can return the food-contact products that you have not used after purchasing them unconditionally within 30 days and request a replacement or a full refund.
  • Within the scope of the warranty, clothing products, including bags, lunch bags, pencil cases, pens, boots, underwear, except for products such as swimsuits, bikinis and bras, and basic stationery products such as shoes, sandals, glasses, sunglasses and erasers are under full warranty. Our full warranty coverage starts from the date of delivery of the product you purchased and includes the following.

** If the product you purchased arrives defective or faulty, (You must report this within 14 days at most before using the product; unfortunately, if you use the product, you may lose this right.)

** You have the right to a one-to-one replacement of the product you purchased in all cases that may occur due to reasons not caused by you (except tearing, breaking, breaking, water or liquid contact, burning, washing without washing instructions, using food contact products). This right is valid for 2 years in all countries. For example, if you bought a pencil case and the product is broken by you, it is not covered by the warranty, but if your pencil case is broken within 2 years of use due to reasons such as spontaneous wear of the parts, it is covered by the warranty, but the final decision here is made by the expert opinion of Dinossi International Stores Return Acceptance Department.

** If the product arrives faultless but malfunctions due to use, we recommend that you first contact the dinossi team. Generally, the dinossi customer representative can take the initiative and give your return approval, even if it is out of warranty for a free part replacement or the user's continuity with dinossi.

** For example, you bought a product and never used it, but your 14-day legal return period in your country has expired. In this case, you can contact the Dinossi team. We would like you to know that we approve the return of products in unused packaging for up to 60 days.

Important: We would like to remind you that the Warranty Scope is only valid for our DİNOSSİ BRANDED products. Other branded products you purchase are not covered by the warranty. These warranty conditions are valid for products produced by Dinossi itself. It is valid for all products where you see dinossi in every product title and product brand information. 

All other branded products are out of warranty, and if our users order a different branded product, the return and exchange rights vary depending on the country, but please note that you can return or exchange all other branded products that have not been used within 14 to 30 days in all countries.
