Soup recipe good for flu

For the treatment of influenza at home with foods that are good for flu you can make soup. Dietitian Emre Uzun shares a soup recipe that strengthens the immune system and helps treat flu. You can safely try it, drink the soup throughout the day and get rid of the flu.

Materials,

  • 1 cup white cabbage
  • 1 small size broccoli
  • 2 medium sized carrots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 6 cups of water
  • Chilli flakes, cumin, black pepper to taste

Preparation of,

  1. Chop the broccoli, carrot, onion, garlic, white cabbage and ginger into small pieces.
  2. Put the chopped vegetables, water, tomato paste and spices into a deep pot.
  3. Cook over medium heat until all vegetables are soft.
  4. After the soup is cooked, remove it from the stove and use a hand blender to blend the soup.
  5. Add lemon juice and salt according to your taste and enjoy.
