- 1 cup white cabbage
- 1 small size broccoli
- 2 medium sized carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 6 cups of water
- Chilli flakes, cumin, black pepper to taste
Preparation of,
- Chop the broccoli, carrot, onion, garlic, white cabbage and ginger into small pieces.
- Put the chopped vegetables, water, tomato paste and spices into a deep pot.
- Cook over medium heat until all vegetables are soft.
- After the soup is cooked, remove it from the stove and use a hand blender to blend the soup.
- Add lemon juice and salt according to your taste and enjoy.
