- 1 bunch of rocket
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 slices of white cheese
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt according to your taste
Preparation of,
- Wash the rocket with plenty of water and cut into medium-sized pieces.
- Place on a large serving plate.
- Cut the tomatoes into rings and place them on the rocket.
- Peel and grate the garlic cloves.
- In a small bowl, mix the grated garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, thyme and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the rocket salad.
