Breastfeeding mother detox seventh day list

We have reached the last day of the special detox program for breastfeeding mothers. I received very good news from my follower Emine: She lost 4 kilos in 6 days! This is great, I congratulate both Ms. Emine and those who do breastfeeding mom detox.

When you wake up:

Drink the walnut juice you prepared last night and eat the walnut.

Breakfast:

Two hard-boiled eggs, a slice of whole wheat bread, four tablespoons of curd cheese, a handful of dill, eight pieces Olive and a thick slice of watermelon for breakfast.

Take a large glass of weight loss tea for nursing mothers. Drink half of it at the start of a meal and the other half at the end.

Keep in mind: If you cannot eat eggs, you can eat oatmeal, cottage cheese or avocado.

First snack:

Drink a cup of cumin tea, a proven fat burner. Eat a handful of apricots or peaches with it.

Lunch:

On the last day of the detox, there are mixed vegetables in the oven, you can eat until you are full. You can have a slice of bread or 4 tablespoons of bulgur pilaf. You can drink a glass of ayran.

Description:Chop one zucchini, one eggplant, one small potato, two sweet red peppers and put them in a deep bowl. (If you don't have red peppers, it is not necessary.) Add half a tea glass of water and a tablespoon of olive oil. Add spices such as black pepper, cumin and sumac to taste.

Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven until the vegetables are soft. If you don't have an oven, you can cook them in a skillet over low heat.

Second snack:

Add a teaspoon of tahini into a glass of hot milk, mix and drink. If you wish, you can add a teaspoon of strained honey or half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

On the last day of the detox, we make dinner very light. If you have leftover roasted mixed vegetables from the day, you can eat them. If not, make a salad with lots of greens. Well, that's dinner. You're going to sweat a bit in the bath, aren't you? =)

Make a weight loss yogurt cure for nursing mothers: Add a teaspoon of sumac to a bowl of yogurt and mix. Eat two hours after dinner.
