Mini tartlet with vegetables

Materials:

 

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tea glass of lightly boiled peas
  • 1 red pepper for tomato paste
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 150 g grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • For the dough
  • 7 tea glass flour
  • 1 tea glass of yoghurt
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g margarine (softened)
  • Salt

 

Preparation of:

 

  1. Cut the carrot, courgette, peppers and onion into cubes.
  2. Add the peas and sauté in olive oil until soft.
  3. Add flour and fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the milk, stir and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Remove from the stove and leave to cool.
  6. Add 50 g grated kashar cheese and mix.
  7. Mix all the ingredients for the dough by kneading.
  8. Roll out the dough on a floured worktop with a rolling pin without making it too thin.
  9. Cut with a round mould and place into greased muffin tins.
  10. Fill them with the mixture you have prepared.
  11. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  12. Bake in an oven set at 180 degrees until golden brown.
