Materials:
- 1 carrot
- 1 courgette
- 1 onion
- 1 tea glass of lightly boiled peas
- 1 red pepper for tomato paste
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 glass of milk
- 150 g grated cheddar cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- For the dough
- 7 tea glass flour
- 1 tea glass of yoghurt
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g margarine (softened)
- Salt
Preparation of:
- Cut the carrot, courgette, peppers and onion into cubes.
- Add the peas and sauté in olive oil until soft.
- Add flour and fry over high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add the milk, stir and cook for a few minutes.
- Remove from the stove and leave to cool.
- Add 50 g grated kashar cheese and mix.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough by kneading.
- Roll out the dough on a floured worktop with a rolling pin without making it too thin.
- Cut with a round mould and place into greased muffin tins.
- Fill them with the mixture you have prepared.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in an oven set at 180 degrees until golden brown.
