Orange yoghurt dessert

Materials:

 

  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 175 g granulated sugar
  • 225 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • For sherbet
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 250 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 orange

 

Preparation of:

 

  1. For the sherbet, peel the orange peel and chop the peel finely.
  2. Bring water, sugar, lemon juice and zest to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a mixer.
  4. Add yoghurt, grated lemon and orange peels, flour, baking powder and baking soda and continue whisking.
  5. Transfer the dough to a glass bowl or a suitable tray greased with butter.
  6. Bake in the oven set at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until the top turns brown.
  7. Pour the cold sherbet over the hot dessert.
  8. Let it sit for two hours.
  9. Serve with yoghurt.
