Materials:
- 250 g yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 175 g granulated sugar
- 225 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- For sherbet
- 2 glasses of water
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 orange
Preparation of:
- For the sherbet, peel the orange peel and chop the peel finely.
- Bring water, sugar, lemon juice and zest to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with a mixer.
- Add yoghurt, grated lemon and orange peels, flour, baking powder and baking soda and continue whisking.
- Transfer the dough to a glass bowl or a suitable tray greased with butter.
- Bake in the oven set at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until the top turns brown.
- Pour the cold sherbet over the hot dessert.
- Let it sit for two hours.
- Serve with yoghurt.
