Materials:
- 500 g strawberries
- Juice of 1 lemon
- half glass of water
- Half a glass of granulated sugar
- 250 g chocolate
Preparation of:
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and puree them in the food processor.
- Add lemon juice, water and sugar and mix.
- Wet the ice cream molds, fill them with the mixture and close the lids.
- Leave it in the deep freezer for 1 night.
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- Remove the ice creams from their molds, coat them in chocolate and serve immediately.
