Materials:
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 water glass of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 3 slices of cocoa cake
- For the top
- Whipped cream
- Grated chocolate
Preparation of:
- Put the milk, eggs, cocoa, flour and sugar in a saucepan and whisk until smooth.
- Place the pot on the stove and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Break the chocolate into small pieces, add to the mixture and stir for a few more minutes until melted.
- Cut the cocoa cake into cubes and place on the bottom of the serving bowls.
- Divide the chocolate mixture into bowls and let it stand until it reaches room temperature.
- Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate and serve after cooling in the refrigerator.
