Supangle recipe

Materials:

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 water glass of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 3 slices of cocoa cake
  • For the top
  • Whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate

Preparation of:

 

  1. Put the milk, eggs, cocoa, flour and sugar in a saucepan and whisk until smooth.
  2. Place the pot on the stove and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens.
  3. Break the chocolate into small pieces, add to the mixture and stir for a few more minutes until melted.
  4. Cut the cocoa cake into cubes and place on the bottom of the serving bowls.
  5. Divide the chocolate mixture into bowls and let it stand until it reaches room temperature.
  6. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate and serve after cooling in the refrigerator.
