Materials:
- 4 apples
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 50 g butter
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- For the dough
- Half a glass of flour
- Half a glass of oatmeal
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Half a glass of chopped hazelnuts
Preparation of:
- Peel the apples, cut them into large cubes and add them to the pan.
- Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and butter and cook over medium heat.
- Divide into jars.
- Mix flour, oatmeal, sugar, hazelnuts and butter well in a bowl and sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
