Salted black cumin cookies

Materials,
250 g margarine (at room temperature)
1 tea glass sunflower oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 egg white
1 packet of baking powder
1 tea glass black cumin seeds
550 g flour

 

For the top
1 egg yolk
Parsley leaves

 

Preparation of,
Put the margarine, sunflower oil, egg white, salt, vinegar and black cumin in a mixing bowl and mix well. Mix 1 cup of flour with baking powder and add to the mixture. For a dough that does not stick to your hands, add the remaining flour little by little and knead it well. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Roll half of the dough on a floured surface to make a strip. flatten it by pressing lightly on it and slice it into 2 finger thick slices. Prepare the remaining dough in the same way. Spread them on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. brush them with egg yolk. Stick the parsley leaves on it and bake in the oven until it turns golden brown. Serve after cooling. Salted cookies with black cumin seeds are ready, enjoy your meal.
